River Valley School District will be operating under an early dismissal for Thursday, February 3rd. River Valley Middle School and River Valley High School will be dismissed at 1:15 p.m. Blairsville Elementary and Saltsburg Elementary will be dismissed at 2:15 p.m. ICTC buses will not run today. All afterschool activities will be canceled.
